This Returns & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made from VB Wholesale (UK) Ltd T/A VB Wholefoods.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
Returns
You have 7 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be unopened and unused.
- Be in its original packaging.
- Be in the same condition as received.
- Include your order number or proof of purchase.
Returns requested after 7 days may not be accepted.
Natural Products
We sell natural food and agricultural products such as nuts, seeds, spices, lentils, dried fruits and other natural ingredients.
Because these products come from different crops, harvests and growing conditions, every batch may naturally vary.
Natural differences may include:
- Colour
- Size
- Shape
- Taste
- Texture
- Moisture level
- Aroma
These natural variations are normal and do not mean the product is faulty or of poor quality.
Returns or refund requests based solely on these natural differences may be refused.
How to Return an Item

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Costs
Unless the return is due to our error or a faulty product, customers are responsible for the cost of returning the goods.
A £9.99 return handling and delivery charge per parcel will be deducted from your refund to cover our original shipping and processing costs.
For example, if your return consists of 2 parcel boxes, a total deduction of £19.98 will apply. If 3 parcel boxes are returned, the deduction will be £29.97, and so on.
We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot accept responsibility for returned parcels lost in transit.
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
If your order is damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We may ask you to provide photographs of:
- The product
- The packaging
- The courier label
This helps us investigate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
For food safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of:
- Opened food products
- Perishable goods
- Personalised or custom-made products
- Gift cards
- Clearance or sale items
- Personal care products
If you are unsure whether your item can be returned, please contact us before sending it back.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item.
If your return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the payment.
When We May Refuse a Return
We may refuse a return or refund if:
- The item has been opened or used.
- The item is not returned in its original condition.
- The return request is made after the 7-day return period.
- The reason for the return is solely due to the natural variation of the product.
- The item is excluded under this policy.
